Louise Endersby

Senior Manager

Louise joined PPR in May 2019.  Louise is a trained teacher with experience in learning design, facilitation and coaching with her main passion for building the skills and capability in others.  Louise has over 13 years experience of working in education in a range of roles and settings.  Her experience includes teaching in areas of high social deprivation, working with vulnerable young people engaging them in the arts through process drama and film.

Louise has a real energy and commitment for raising aspirations in young people and for finding creative and innovative ways to engage people in making positive change for themselves and society.

Since joining PPR as Senior Programme Manager in Greater Manchester, Louise has led work with Manchester Local Care Organisation building neighbourhood capacity to run 100 day challenges.  This programme of work supported the distribution of decision-making across the city into integrated neighbourhood teams.  The role supported and coached citizens with Lived Experience and team members from health, care and the voluntary sector to step into decision-making alongside statutory service providers.

In her spare time Louise loves cooking, music, films and travel.  If she can combine all of those things she is most happiest.  She is also very keen to learn how to play the drums, she’s just not sure how to approach this with her neighbours.
