Pat McGuinness is the Deputy Director of Integration working at Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust.  Pat is passionate about working with system partners and communities to enable greater integration at neighbourhood level via enhanced relationships to support improvements in population health outcomes.  Pat leads on the One Liverpool Neighbourhood Programme which includes three Trailblazer sites including Aintree.
