Sophie McKechnie

Sophie joined the team in 2017, and led a range of work supporting change and innovation across the public sector, health and care and local communities.

Her background is in the community development and social housing sectors, taking action and building partnerships to address inequalities relating to the social determinants of health.

Sophie is good at: nurturing effective collaboration, challenging constructively, helping people make things happen and taking creative approaches to service and strategy design.
