Rosie Reynolds
Senior Consultant
Before joining the PPR team at Nesta, Rosie worked as an Implementation Lead specialising in practice and community at the Centre for Homelessness Impact. There she worked with national and local governments to support innovation in homelessness strategy and supported third sector organisations working in the sector. Prior to this, Rosie led a young persons homelessness service across south-west London, supporting her team to deliver employment, education and training programmes for people experiencing all types of homelessness.
Rosie has a background in prison education and has coordinated and taught on a number of education programmes across the adult and youth estates. She is particularly interested in access to opportunities for people in prison and with criminal records and has worked in this policy area for Prisoners’ Education Trust.
Outside of work, she loves to read and completed a PhD on Virginia Woolf, narrative voice, and aunthood in 2020.
