Jess Stewart

Jess is Head of Commissioning for Learning Disabilities and Autism at Essex County Council. She has worked in commissioning to support vulnerable children and adults in the NHS and Local Authority for over 10 years.

Jess was previously a Team Leader for a 100 Day Challenge on children’s services and proposed a challenge for adults with learning disabilities and autism during her interview with ECC as she could see the benefits of system wide change from the bottom up.
