Izzy Romilly

Izzy joined PPR from Behaviour Change, where she spent two and a half years working on a wide range of projects to implement behavioural insights with charities, businesses and local government. Her areas of work have focused primarily on sustainability, with topics including recycling, littering, active travel, and access to nature. She brings a passionate interest in climate justice to her role.
Before joining Behaviour Change, Izzy worked in publishing, including at the Indigo Press and Waterstones. She’s also worked as a freelance writer and photographer, having built up a significant portfolio of work in theatre and events. She is also currently a Trustee for the London Cycling Campaign, and is particularly enjoying raising awareness of the barriers for women when it comes to sustainable travel.
Outside work, Izzy can be found cooking up a storm, cycling around London and running a cryptic crossword Instagram page.
