Craig Wilson is the General Manager at Big Hearts Community Trust, the official charity of Scottish Premiership Club Heart of Midlothian. Craig joined the organisation in 2015 and helped build the staff team and a range of community programmes from the ground up, including the very first football supporters’ engagement project of its kind across the country.
